Been having trouble with my satellite for 3 months. Being that I travel constantly, DTV couldn't send out a tech to get it fixed. Talked to Mark and he got me a new dish and upgraded my receivers. Then when I couldn't get locals on, Mark took over again and got my locals! Mark goes above and beyond in customer service. He and Kim are an awesome team. Highly recommend them!
